Poultry for slaughter is always loaded into our in-house developed containers, while mother hens are often loaded using crates. The articulated loader is equipped with blue lights to keep the stable dark during loading. Because we have pallets especially made for loading crates, they can be driven into the stable and therefore it is not necessary to have the animals rounded up or moved outside.
At Mantrans animal welfare is a key focus during poultry transport. This is why we developed our own containers that not only provide for animal welfare, but are also easy to load and clean. If desired, we connect a drinking water supply system, so that the poultry is not lacking anything during transport. Naturally, our cargo is provided with all necessary permits and meets all requirements needed to be allowed to transport the poultry in optimal comfort during the trip.
